Returns

   You may return products purchased from T-Sharks without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within ten (10) working days from receipt of the products purchased from T-Sharks.

   To return products, please contact Customer Service via the Contacts page, before sending the parcel back to T-Sharks.

   You must return the items to T-Sharks by contacting us via the Contacts page and returning the goods to the carrier.

   The right of withdrawal shall be deemed correctly exercised once the following conditions have been fully met:

1. please fill in and send the request properly;
2. products must be returned intact, complete with all the eventual accessories in their original packaging;
3. returned items must be shipped to T-Sharks within ten (10) working days from the date of delivery to the address that the operators of Customer Service will indicate ;

The return is not permitted in the case of:

1. purchase of sealed packaged products, returned with the package no longer sealed;
2. products that are not substantially intact or with any other damages, discrepancy, deterioration and / or alterations of any kind;
3. washed or otherwise damaged products;
4. underwear;
5. goods which by their nature can not be returned or are liable to deteriorate or to expire rapidly;
6. custom made products;

   If the right to return is exercised in accordance with the terms and conditions contained in this section, T-Sharks will refund you the full amount of the returned products.

   In the event that your return does not comply with the terms and general conditions specified in this web page Terms and Conditions, you will not be entitled to receive any refund of sums already paid to T-Sharks; However, you will be authorized, at your expense, to receive the products in the conditions in which they were sent back to T-Sharks. If you do not wish to receive the products in the conditions in which they were sent back to T-Sharks, T-Sharks is entitled to retain the products and the sums already received.

   After the products have been returned, T-Sharks will verify the conformity of products in accordance with the conditions set in this web page Terms and Conditions. When T-Sharks will be able to confirm that such conditions have occurred, T-Sharks will send an e-mail confirming the acceptance of the returned products.

   Whatever the type of payment you used for the purchase, the refund procedure will be made within thirty (30) days from when T-Sharks will be informed about your decision to exercise the right of return, after checking that this was correctly exercised and that the returned products have actually been received.

   If the receiver of the products indicated in the order is different from the person who made​the payment for such products, the amount paid which corresponds to the returned items will be refunded by T-Sharks to the one who made the payment.

   If you decide to return the products to T-Sharks, T-Sharks will not be responsible for the shipping costs or for any loss or damage to the products.
